Every dog gets a health check alongside their groom.We offer a range of different shampoos to suit your dog's needs. All grooms include two shampoo scrubs and a conditioning treatment, as well as a nail trim, ears cleaned and spray of dog-friendly cologne.

Puppy Groom
Puppy grooms are the introduction to dog grooming. With longhair breeds such as Shih Tzu's, it is important they are introduced to grooming from as young as possible, preferably two weeks after their vaccinations. This will get them comfortable and familiar with the procedure.
During the puppy groom, they will be allowed multiple breaks. This includes a full bath, gentle blow-dry, nail trim, ears cleaned and a tidy up around the face and feet. Their hygiene area will be shaved to ensure puppy stays clean after toilet time.Teeth Brushing
Did you know that regularly brushing your dogs teeth is the most effective way of keeping them clean and healthy? We use enzymatic toothpaste, specifically designed to remove plaque and harmful bacteria. £5 per session, with a £1 fee for the toothbrush (that you get to keep and bring back for next time!)Iodine Paw Soak
Does your dog suffer with itchy paws? Iodine is a natural antifungal, antiviral, safe, non-stinging solution to help tackle this problem. A gentle scrub in the iodine mixture will remove any allergens collected on their paws, preventing further irritation. Please note that white paws may be very temporarily dyed a yellowish colour after. This is completely normal and will fade within a day or two.
Policies
Deposits & Cancellations
We require a £10 deposit before any groom to secure the booking.
As we are a small business, please try to give at least a 48 hour notice for any cancellations. If you cancel or change within 48 hours of the appointment, we can refund your deposit or carry it over to your next appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the groom, your deposit will be non-refundable.Matting
The need to remove matted hair is a necessity. When a coat becomes tangled beyond the ability to brush or comb through it, the most humane method is to shave off the matted hair. Shaving may seem severe, but it is the fastest and least stressful way to groom a matted pet.
For the time taken to remove matting, and the wear it has on the equipment used, an additional fee will be added to the total groom. This will range from £5-15 depending on how severe the matting is, which will be decided after the groom is complete.Fleas
Please inform us if you suspect your dog may have fleas. An additional fee will be implemented as the unit and equipment will need to be fully decontaminated afterwards. We do not offer flea treatment, but we will use flea & tick shampoo to kill all fleas and eggs currently on your dog.Temperamental Dogs
We understand that anxious or grumpy dogs still may need a groom. If you suspect your dog may be a bite risk, please make sure they are wearing a properly fitted muzzle before entering the unit. We can provide a muzzle, but it may not be the best fit for your dog. If your dog is too stressed, or becomes too dangerous to groom, you will be called to collect. You will still be charged partially for the appointment.
